Jan. 29th, 2011 12:28 amLesson was rough this week. Two things I can do well; add a third and something falls off my mental shelf. Either that or I'm thinking while doing, which slows everything down - V. has repeatedly lectured me to treat strategy like setting up a computer program FIRST, and then start moving, knowing it will "run" when my intuition ("intuition?") knows conditions are right:

And dammit, he will have me loop each attack in the cycle until perfect before proceeding to the next part - the fact that I didn't grok this right away caused a lot of sighing and "what you are doing?"
Make those attacks beat-attacks and it was just too many moving parts. This will take some work.
Off to referee the cats' ongoing game of "whomp". Wish they'd tell me the rules.
And sleep, yeah, that.
