goals: brief

Saturday is my first competition since Nationals back in July.

Given that I'm out of practice competing, my main objectives are:

• Maintaining focus on my target
  
• Varying speed, distance, and direction - the "playing" V. keeps urging
  
• Never give up, never surrender, i.e., don't stop trying just because I'm tired, or hot, or thirsty.
