chocolatey goodness

They're my own variation of Alton Brown's cocoa brownies, only with semisweet chips inside and a sprinkling of crushed Lindt's 70% cocoa bar on top.
The linen napkin I put on top while they were cooling now has black stains on it from melting chocolate. They'll be a pill to wash out, but that's what stain stick is for :P
Subtle, no. Tasty, yes.
I want to try a pan with crushed Dagoba's Mexican chocolate (cocoa + chili) next.....
