Today I finally decided to go ahead and take research methods instead of a math course this semester. Reason being, I went and took my placement test today and I won't get my results until Saturday (!). Given that community college classes start on Monday, I think the odds of getting the class(es?) I need are slim.
That, and the damn test was harder than the practice ones on the website! I figure if I have this semester to get a jump start on trig/calc it might feel a little less like getting a mental slap to the face every every session :P
Other stuff this weekend: I got some strawberries and chocolate fruit dip and ate them. Indeed, between the strawberries and the peaches/cottage cheese (thank Lactaid for lactose free cottage cheese!) I've had fruit at least 3 days in a row - that's got to be some kind of record!
Fitness note: did rapier exercises recommended by the rapier coach - hurt but was bearable, means it will probably do good in time.
So: lining up brain for fall, eating new(ish) foods, engaging in self-inflicted physical torture :P No, nothing new there....
