Coffee is not a substitute for water. Drink more of the latter, because your skin is starting to look like yellowed plaster.

Coffee is also not a substitute for sleep. Just because your dad went for years going to bed at 11:30 and getting up at 5 doesn't mean that it was a good idea - remember how cranky he used to be? Eight hours is good, normal, and right.

Cookies are not a substitute for fruit. Besides, all the sugar in cookies cause breakouts on top of the yellowed plaster phenomenon. Knock it off.
