Jan. 10th, 2004 11:11 amI finished the eyelets late last night.
And "HALLELUJAH!" I say, because the repeated pin/awl sticks have made my fingers look rather grated, and keeping the damn awl from slipping was a whole separate adventure of slipping, sliding, losing one's place, etc.
But it's (mostly) done. Due to a repetitively-strained hand, D. can't lace me into it for fitting anytime soon. As such, I'm in no great rush to add the lacing cord - think I'll give myself a day or two to heal!
Pictures should be forthcoming.. sort of. I have yet to offload the pictures of my sleeves and partlet so don't hold your breath ;)
