75 to 30 in 3 days

I'm talking degrees Farenheit there, folks - gorgeous weather all week and now it's SNOWING? When it is nearly APRIL? geekchick and I were joking last week about how the time where we'd have to make weekend plans contingent on the weather was finally over, I guess we were DEAD WRONG! I pity the tourists who came in for the Cherry Blossom Festival; the trees are probably fscked!

I had the windows open yesterday - what is this insanity??

The snow was not as bad as predicted so I went out to a sewing circle at a friend's house. Visibility was poor, but the roads were clear and I only got lost once! :P Turned out it was only the two of us so we chewed the fat about clothes and boys and other girlie stuff. I made a failed attempt at chain mail and had far too much coffee - it was good to catch up.

I'm now coughing and sneezing and hoping I'm not getting sick.
