Yep - we can expect 6-12" MORE of the white sh!t by Friday. Dammit, I don't want to see fencing cancelled for the 2nd week in a row, so I hope the weather forecasters are WRONG!
We found out today who the bigger softie is - :P D. broke down put out some food for a stray cat that we've seen around over the past couple of weeks. D. saw him again and thought he looked a bit worse for wear, and still no collar, so we don't think anyone owns him. Spice has seen him out the window and became quite agitated. We are determined not to wind up with a third cat, even though we're suckers - if it comes down to it we're either going to look for a place that fosters pets until they can be adopted, or call a feral cat group, whichever seems more appropriate.
My legs and back still ache, so I'm going to go stretch out before I get ready for bed. I need to make an appointment with H. for a massage, but frankly the weather has been such that there's no guarantee I'd be able to get anywhere :(
