Monday morning rant

I finally disabled filters on my mail systems - turns out that they were bouncing personal mail while all those tedious "Herbal Viagra!" and "Discount Mortgage HERE!!" emails were getting through anyway. So if anyone has experienced bouncing mail, it should have stopped by now.

Also, why are the local candidates for governor campaigning at local churches (2nd paragraph)? Separation of church and state, people - churches aren't allowed to campaign for candidates (not if they expect to keep tax-exempt status, anyway) and they shouldn't be allowed to have candidates speak at church functions either. Gahh...

Did some layout/cutout with the pants pattern. Gave the cats a catnip party. Note to self: trippy cats should not be allowed near patterns/scissors.

D. was all bouncy because his copy of "Spiderman" finally came in; we had a date night :)

My skin is settling into its winter itchiness; I feel like a lizard shedding its skin. Time to dive into a tub of cocoa butter lotion.

Did research on candidates, I know who I want to vote for tomorrow (or rather, who I'll settle for). Just trying to do my civic duty to the best of my ability.
