oh mah gawd it's Monday

I put in my contacts this morning and all is well - I guess it was just a protein stain.
Which is good because the last thing I need this week is wearing my glasses all day. I am making lists of accessibility fixes at work that requires a lot of alphabetizing, grouping by subfolder and other detailed work in order to make the directions foolproof. Headaches will not be helpful.
Off to wake D. for breakfast. Dammit, I cannot believe I didn't sleep to my alarm.
Repeat after me... caffiene is not a substitute for sleep...
