Note to self re: neoprene availability

Available in the Outerwear section at G Street for about $30/yd. Black neoprene with stretch light brown veneer (??), but can always be used inside out.

Need more fabric like hole in head. Hold off!

Rain is finally cooling things down - the temperature has dropped about 25 degrees in the past hour.

Normally I love hot weather but it really has been hellish.
