I've been fascinated by these since seeing one at an exhibit of Mongolian artifacts at the National Geographic Museum some years ago, I love the philosophy behind having a full house you can assemble in an hour and take with you.

Of course, I'll have to buy a proper house with a yard if I ever want to have the space to build one. Oh, the irony....

I was scheduled to give blood today, but due to more elaborate security measures on campus, I was unable to make my appointment. Sort of irritated me - besides not being able to be a nice person and give blood I also spent a good deal of the day either waiting for buses in the cold or being in buses with no shocks. I think I will need to find a more convenient location.

Speaking of the cold - winter is finishing up. It is to the point that I'm cold even in my own house, something I've not really experienced all winter - I got spoiled :P

I learned today that I have a week and a half of sick leave and over 2 weeks of vacation time. Time to start planning...
