anotheranonMy aches and pains continue to come and go. D.'s massage last night made me feel MUCH better, and I woke up without pain. By the end of the work day I was sore again.
Forced myself out to fence and felt fine as long as I kept moving. Now I'm still again and the aches in my hands and arms are coming back.
I'm totally confused.
