This is why I'm so pleased with my copy of Little Red in the City ... it's a pretty much a Palmer/Pletsch for knitters (in far more detailed than many other fitting sources and not necessarily the "usual' methods and written in a user-friendly manner; also uses high bust measurement as a sizing/shaping guideline)
