Montgomery County is on my List right now; apparently I got snagged by a speed camera on Germantown Road in February, and the first I heard about it was the end of last week when I got an "O HAI! You didn't pay your ticket so here's a bill for your ticket plus another $25 fee." How is it that the follow-up can get to me but the initial mail doesn't? I'll pay the ticket since I have no earthly idea what the speed limit is on that stretch of road and I suppose I could've been speeding, but the extra ~60% fee sticks in my throat.
