Out of nowhere my long-dormant Miyake patterns mailing list came to life with photos of the latest collections and news of yet another Miyake book. I've not made a Miyake since last fall and now I'm all inspired to work on odd origami-like garments again. However, I'm trying to do one project at a time.

Finally sewed the sleeves onto the tailcoat this evening. They are hanging "just so". Now that these and the welt pocket are done the rest should be a (relative) piece of cake.

Had a "Monty Python" moment when my new Lexx cd revealed itself to really be... a live Petula Clark album (???) My guess is that this disc was burned at the same factory and somehow got packaged as something else (this was a sealed new CD). Annoying but strangely funny.

My "grey lady" is bugging me to go to bed so I can perform my duties as "warm place".

damn CD mistakes... i bought a dvd once that had hentai on the inside... anyway

i noticed that in my interests Fourth Estate was all underlined and linky and stuff... just wanted to say: DAVE BEEGLE RULES.

I think you misunderstand me.. by "fourth estate" I meant the press...
