I am officially old
Surfed MAC Cosmetic's site last night, only to discover they've discontinued my favorite lipstick color.
I went shopping for DVDs last weekend and passed through the CD section only to find that one of my favorite band's last albums is out. Not only is it their last album, but me, former vinyl fiend, didn't know this, didn't care, and didn't end up purchasing it (MP3s, don't you know - do I really want another disc taking up shelf space?)
I used to be a vinyl (as in LPs, records, 12" singles) fiend, as opposed to compulsive CD collector (though, admittedly, there was some of that) :P
What makes me old is that I don't care about hipness/plugged-inedness to pop culture as much anymore. Perhaps I've spent too much time with my head in history books to care about the here and now.
Still, it would be nice to discover a new favorite MAC lipstick :P

If you tell me the shade, I can scout the MAC store down the street and see if they've got any left.

I don't give a fuck about hipness...
