Hello Kitty Transformation System, or "How to make your cat look like Dolores Umbridge".

Mine balked mightily when I tried to get them to wear the Darth Tater helmet that came with Mr. Potatohead. Think I'll give this one a miss :P

Mine don't want ANYTHING on or near their heads, so I don't know what they'd do. Don't want to know, either! Those poor kitties!
