Oh thank you! I needed a laugh, and thankfully I didn't have a mouthful of water this time! All I can say is the milliners were on crack@ When I took my millinery course in England on of the women in it actually "does" Ascot, and she was there so she could learn to make one of those frou-frou confections sort of like Ivana Trump, but thankfully more understated... LOL! If only some of those other women had similar ideas...
