The website design problems stem from the fact that I designed that website 2-3 years ago (I just looked and it really hasn't changed since I made the images and layout). And, I have very, very little website design experience.

Sorry. Apparently, I have yet to be replaced.

It's not the design - it looks great - it's the functionality. You're right, someone's not been checking links....
