Interesting. (And I love cheese! Especially Stilton on ginger breads with red port! Or Västerbotten ost with the crawfish!) I saw this "stinking bishop" cheese in the movie Wallace & Gromit in The Curse of the Were-Rabbit and wondered if there really is such a cheese for real?
