notes re: Bailey's chocolate chip cheesecake

The recipe I posted actually makes enough filling for two pies. I know this because I decided to try this out this weekend, because shemhazai is visiting. I doubled the recipe, thinking I'd have one for here and one to take to a party tomorrow night.

Um.. no. I now have four pies cooking, and I'm not sure how I'll get them all in the fridge. Lucky I had extra crusts!

Additional note: wish I'd tried Bailey's Irish Cream before now! This is like chocolate milk for grownups! D. and I just finished licking the mixing bowl and I'm feeling pleasantly warm. This stuff will go excellently in coffee!
