short update

Got my bone density results - I've lost some in my hip, but am ok everywhere else. Pending formal treatment (if any), I'm going to keep up my Calcium + 2 Viactiv a day habit.

Had a quiet evening at home with D. eating Italian and watching Spiderman 2 - our 8th anniversary :)

Trying to get some paperwork and other necessaries done before traveling on Thursday. Also trying to get hair cut tomorrow so I won't look like a helmet-head for my friends (crossing fingers because upheaval at stylists means I've been through 3 stylists in as many months).

Wish I could stop and smell the roses.

It just occured to me I actually have a stylist who I'm happy with and who has been at her current place for a good while. I don't know if she'd do well for you, given that our hairstyles are so different, but I can dig up her info if you'd like. Her name is Marilyn and she works at Oasis, in Wintergreen Plaza. I have her card somewhere if that's not enough. Err I think it's Oasis. Maybe confusing it with Pgh record store. Anyway lmk.
