closet case

Ah, another lovely link: Bodycult, Atelier und Manufaktur - latex couture, even if you have to dig a bit through the site to find pictures (under News)....

Unfortunately, my sartorial concerns have to turn to the somewhat more practical. Some of my clothes are really starting to wear out. Scuffing, staining, pulled out threads are taking their toll. I can re-dye some of the black, but some stuff (namely my lingerie, most of which is starting to has lost substantial elasticity, and, hence, support) - it's dead, Dave :P Also, note to self - stretched out sweaters are not flattering - the end result is a rather lumpy torso. The effect is worsened by color - another affirmation of my personal opinion that black is always in style.

I'm currently looking through the closet to figure out what is salvageable and what really must be replaced. Currently it seems like tanks, tees, and undies are just not going to last much longer. Damn that they can't be made cheaper/easier/better than just going shopping! :/

I'll find a way. I ALWAYS find a way.

Sometimes (well, often, actually), I wish that my known-to-fit clothes (and shoes) would never wear out and I'd never have to go shopping again ... unless I actually FELT like it. :p

- it's dead, Dave :P

it seems your wardrobe and mine; are in the same sorry state.

...and I hate shopping clothes, most times, especially when I have to. this is a small town, 50 000 people, so you can imagine how very ...not...thrilling our shops are, and my body do often not respond well to clothes I have not tried on before buying them so the Internet is not much of an option.

may the force be with us!!
