Another morning, another dull ache. I've been sore for over a week; it's one of the reasons I didn't fence last Weds. Mostly it's affecting my knees and hands - nothing sharp, just a dull pain that makes my muscles and joints feel weak, even though they aren't.
I thought this was from my posture readjustment; now I'm not so sure. D. thinks it might be arthritis (I'm far too young, but with autoimmunity running in my family, who knows), but the last time I felt this sore was the London Flu of 1998, so I hope I'm not coming down with anything.
It's not helped by the fact that my office is kept at a cosy 60F :P Related to my previous post - what genius decided that 60F is a standard working temperature for all human life?? I have to run my space heater year round just to be functional!
Ah well, the cold is a sign that we need to burn more Front Page users :P I'll take a few walks outside, a few extra vitamin Cs, and do some stretching tonight.
