no decadence greater than fresh brewed coffee

...on a cold morning (not as cold here as electriccat is reporting in her neck of the woods, but still below freezing and unlikely to warm up). It tried valiantly to snow last night, but it was so dry that nothing stuck.

The doctor seems to think I'm suffering allergies - to what, neither of us know. I'm supposed to take Claritin and this allergy nasal spray for 5 days and see what happens. Given the vagueness of my symptoms, that's about all I CAN do barring antibiotics, which I avoid like the plague unless I'm at death's door.

Off to grocery/Home Despot, then most definitely to sew.

well, well, claritin, or clarityn as it is called here, will *always* clear up your nose and eyes, no matter if you have a cold or are allergic. a cheap trick and I use it when having a cold and important meetings at work. next they will tell you to get rid of your cats. I think a single malt whisky is a better cure, or possibly a large cognac. or simply punch that doctor on his nose.
