It's ok - my dog just found the chainsaw....

Saw Lilo and Stitch last night (or most of it - missed the ending. How cute, but how weird for Disney - Stitch reminded me of Gir from "Invader Zim" - what a quirky little film!

And I knew I recognized the one-eyed alien's voice from somewhere - Kevin McDonald ("Kids in the Hall"). I sorta guessed when I realized that I could imagine that voice saying "we will not be tyrranized by our bladders!" :P

Very tired and rather sore - I didn't overdo it NEARLY enough at fencing, partly because my muscles ache due to flu shot/cold weather - am I getting old?

Aaaaaagghhhh!!! You missed the ending? Stop reading LJ, and go watch it RIGHT NOW! That's the best part! You'll never look at a bra in quite the same way again!

I would but we didn't get it! I'll need to search Replay for it!

(shudders in fear at what Stitch could possibly be doing with a bra!)

If you can't easily lay hands on a copy, we've got it on DVD, and would certainly loan it to you.

When you say you "missed the ending", what was the last bit you actually saw?

The bit with Stitch in cuffs asking if "Stitch can say goodbye".

No, the best part is him all decked out in the Elvis jumpsuit. ;)

That was pretty touched! :P Frankly, him standing triumphantly on the remains of the house with the chainsaw cracked me up!

"It's ok - my dog just found the chainsaw...."

That's my favorite line too!

My friend Janet has a little stuffed Stitch that speaks gibberish when he's in his space suit (and has 6 arms) and English when he's nekkid, has only 4 arms, and his antennae sucked into his head. It's SOOOO cool.

Where does one find such a thing, and how do the arms/antennae suck in and out?

I have to confess, even though being a parent, I have not seen Lilo and Stitch yet. but the sons say it is a rumble :)

My favorite Stitch moment was when he built a scale model of San Francisco and proceeded to destroy it.

Though that Elvis suit comes close - -
