I am also not sure I agree with that video - if I talk about something, there is a better chance that I will actually do it.

I can see the argument for telling other people about your projects if they're going to ask for progress or otherwise encourage/hold you to account to make sure you're working on it. Me, I find that I end up talking more than doing :(
