Fun filled day.
Listened to the NPR Margaret Mead special today. Ignorant me has never read her work and now I want to! I've read Jane Goodall re: development of primate tools, society, etc., it seems odd that I've never taken the time to read "Coming of Age in Samoa" or similar. Well worth a listen, this.
Found this Pledge of Resistance from the Not In Our Name Project via the Democracy Now broadcast. This group is trying to present to the world the fact that Bush and his policies do not speak for all Americans. I find it inspiring. I'm reluctant to join anything, but I will be watching this group; so far I like what they have to say. </political rant>
Watched "Undercover Brother" with D. this evening - they have GOT to do an Austin Powers crossover with this! It's advertised as a horribly cheesy bit of celluloid but it is actually very witty and wildly funny. Go see.
To bed now. Perhaps catch up on email first.
