Still going through slow, tentative cleanup. I went through 2 piles of old papers and dumped a great deal.
I found a lot of old mailers from charities - annoying, yes, but I saved these because I definitely wanted to make a contribution to them. I need to work out some sort of "schedule" for donating because I always mean to and it always falls to the side.
D. is relieved because I finally insisted we turn on the air conditioning. He insisted he was fine, but the shorts and pouring sweat gave him away :P
Replaced multiple light bulbs so I wouldn't slice myself shaving/scorch myself ironing. Actually, D. replaced the one in the bathroom because I had no idea where those bulbs were or how to take the fixture out. One of those times where I really wish I were about a foot taller than I am.
Work was OK - repetitive coding but I'm almost done with "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire". If only I could manage to get through a single day without interruptions I think I'd have the whole "work thing" in my pocket.
