quick fencing notes

• You never know when you're going to be on the ball. Tonight was a really good night :)
  
• Heavy duty footwork, the V. way - includes lots of jumping back and forth as preparation, ducking, and lunging. I need to do this more often (home practice!) Also, a more supportive sports bra :P
  
• Fence to the music in my head, just make sure it's nothing with a 4-4 beat as it's too predictable. Time to pull out my old d&b and breakbeat discs...
