fabucat and others, I must second (third? Fourth?) the recommendation of the SolipsisticNation podcast. I was finally able to listen to some today and must say it's refreshing to these jaded ears. I'd go so far as to say that even the tracks I didn't necessarily enjoy, I found interesting, so there's plenty here to feed my occasional John Peel-like urge to hear something that I can't relate to anything else :)

I also discovered in my internet meanderings that the actress Jayne Mansfield's real name was Vera Jayne. This is not likely news to any Firefly fans (or, indeed, to Joss Whedon), but it amuses me deeply all the same :P

Trying to limit the scope/duration of my internet meanderings in favor of sewing and, yes, the neverending stack of books.
