RIP Steve Irwin
I always used to watch "The Crocodile Hunter" saying "here... he dies. Here...he dies. No, wait, for sure this time... he dies". Suddenly that's not so funny anymore.
Truth told I found his over-the-top "crikey!!" irritating at times, but respected the man's devotion to conservation and his enthusiasm was compelling on the small screen. At the very least, it sounds like he went out doing what he loved.
