My back improved dramatically overnight and I am very surprised. I think I will be able to fence tonight without incident.
Took a number of short walks today because the weather is.. well, not warm, but certainly better than it has been. I even saw a yellow jacket - very sluggish and crawling on the cement, not flying, but still, it was warm enough for the bugs to come out and stretch their legs a little.
I am thinking that my next sewing project may be the proto-Fortuny style pleated gown experiment. There are no period clothes I have immediate need of and for some reason I don't feel like hammering out a pattern. I'd like to make another suit jacket (tuxedo jacket!) but I need to do that body block first.
Well, ok.. maybe do the body block and THEN worry about finding cheapie polyester...
