Nothing quite like being loofahed all over. The spa body polish was GREAT - I feel less like a scaly dry lizard. My legs and elbows have a very bad habit of being bumpy and dry and this treatment killed that RIGHT OFF. They even used a peppermint oil that seemed to clear my sinuses too. Definitely something I'll repeat.

Came home and watched "Richard III" with Ian McKellen (excellent) and for total contrast, "Josie and the Pussycats" (lightweight but fun).

Getting stuffier again - will probably take some C and cold medicine to insure that I sleep.
