First the partlet, now the flannel petticoat....the damn thing is still too big, even though I have cut it down by several inches. To be fair, I cut it using a kirtle pattern and probably set the waistline down where the skirt starts to flare out, but even so.... I hand sewed the waistband on and thought I was done with the damn thing, now I'm going to have to take that off and cut it down again... agggh....
